Mr Assange (44) is wanted in Sweden for questioning on charges of rape in 2010. Mr. Assange has denied the allegations and sought refuge in the Ecuadorian embassy since June to avoid being led 6-2012 extradition to Sweden.
"If the UN declared tomorrow that I lost the lawsuit against Britain and Sweden, I will leave the embassy on Friday afternoon, 5-2 and accept being arrested by British police no longer available to appeal again "- he shared Assange on WikiLeaks' Twitter account.
However, according to Reuters, Mr Assange also shared that the authorities of the country he did wrong against the law and called for "the return of my passport immediately and stop the attempt to arrest me."
WikiLeaks founder lo Sweden will extradite him to the US where he faces trial for WikiLeaks has published confidential documents of the military and Washington's diplomacy. This is considered as one of the major information leak in US history.
Working Group on Arbitrary Detention of the UN is considering an application for compensation for damage of Mr Assange.
Accordingly Mr Assange argues that he was deprived of their fundamental freedoms, including the lack of access to sunlight and fresh air, adequate health care as well as legal uncertainty and procedures throughout the lifetime of the Embassy of Ecuador.
